About Alfred
Alfred the Bionic Horse was designed by HOOF-it® farrier Steve Samet to serve as a training tool for horse owners and HOOF-it® customers. Alfred’s hooves and legs have been modified to move and bend like a live horse’s, giving the clients of the HOOF-it® Horse Care Clinics the opportunity to get a feel for completing certain basic hoof care techniques while under a horse before moving onto their live horse.
